Independent accommodation in nature, nestled between the sea and the mountains of Liguria, near the Cinque Terre.

Located within the Oasi del Belvivere, right next to our tent-only mini camping, we offer a small, independent apartment for up to 2 guests. It is designed for those who seek silence, autonomy, and a true connection with nature, but prefer not to stay in a tent.

This is an ideal base for those who enjoy trekking and hiking in the cooler months. You can explore the scenic trails of the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, the Magra Natural Park, and the Apuan Alps, knowing you have a quiet, private sanctuary nestled in the greenery to return to at the end of the day.

This is not a standard holiday rental. It is a simple, well-tended space, thoughtfully created for those who appreciate tranquility and a slower pace of life.

About the Apartment

The accommodation is independent and fully integrated into the natural setting of the Oasi. It is suitable for 1–2 people (a 3rd person can be accommodated upon request only) and consists of:

  • Sleeping area

  • Private bathroom

  • Fully equipped kitchenette

  • Large private terraces

  • Private parking

  • Outdoor spaces shared with the Oasi

The furnishings are essential and functional. We don’t offer luxury here, but rather simplicity that works well.

Who is it for?

The apartment is designed for:

  • Solo travelers or couples

  • Those seeking silence and nature

  • People who love walking, reading, and observing

  • Remote workers looking for a short-term stay away from the urban rush

It is not suitable for:

  • Large groups

  • Parties or nighttime noise

  • “Hit-and-run” tourism (short, rushed stays)

  • Those seeking hotel services or organized entertainment

The apartment is available all year round, with different availability than the campsite.

STANDARD RATE

€450 per week for 2 people

From January 1st to July 14th

From September 1st to December 31st

HIGH SEASON RATE

€700 per week for 2 people

From July 15th to August 31st

OFFERS

LONG STAY OFFER: 10% discount on the second week (and subsequent weeks).

WINTER SPECIAL: During the months of November, December, January, and February, the rate is €900 per month for 2 people, all-inclusive.

This is an ideal solution for those wishing to spend a period of peace, nature, and slowness, far from the urban rush.

What "All-Inclusive" Means

The price includes all expenses with no additional costs:

  • Utilities (water, electricity)

  • Hot water

  • Wi-Fi

  • Bed linen and towels

  • Use of the fully equipped kitchen

  • Access to the Oasi’s common areas and related services

  • Use of the vegetable garden and orchard (seasonal)

  • Parking

  • Heating or air conditioning, depending on the season

Booking Conditions

  • Rates are valid for 2 people.

  • Additional guests are available by request only.

  • Quiet Environment: This location is not suitable for parties or nighttime noise.

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The deposit is refundable up to 3 days before your arrival.

  • The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival.
